I would hope this would be done in a laboratory situation in which car frames are fixed in jigs and then subjected to torsion, with the frame deflection measured before and after foam injection. Barring this objective kind of data, I wouldn't touch the product regardless of claims made about it. If the manufacturer/source had objective lab data supporting a claim of increased rigidity, then I would see if I could submit the kind of cars I was planning to sell the foam for to the identical kind of tests. If improvement was seen after lab testing my cars, I would then go to driving situation tests (Gpad and sound metering, e.g.) plus drivers' impressions. If the lab, real world and subjective evaluations all indicate a significant improvement, then I would go to market with the foam.
